PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Starline's mind truly is that of a genius--a very spiteful and megalomaniacal one. Everything is organized and meticulously until it absolutely isn't, a rush of emotion that knocks him off-balance. Anyone trying to do anything with his mind will find themselves facing great resistance once he realizes what's happening, as his focus is exceptional and his intellect is sharp, even without powers of his own.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Starline is leucistic, a condition similar to albinism that means he's extremely prone to sunburning, with his particular case also affecting his eyesight. His left hand is covered in third-degree burns that trail up his lower arm, causing nerve damage and patches of peeling skin. Aside from this, Starline is fairly healthy, but has overall low muscle mass and stamina, absolutely doesn't get enough sunlight, and is prone to Shrimp Posture and sleep deprivation/caffeine overdose if he gets too involved in a project. He's had top surgery and is on T, but has done nothing to his lower half for personal reasons.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: Starline doesn't exactly come off as intimidating, maybe even goofy, but he wears it with a kind of absolute confidence that's hard not to meet halfway. He's an anthropomorphic duck-billed platypus of exactly four feet tall, skin pure white everywhere except for his hands, feet, and the bill itself. His eyes are red, hidden behind orange-tinted pince-nez perched atop the "nose" of his bill, and he has a shock of white hair with a single darker stripe in it combed over to the right side of his head. He dresses very formally--he doesn't generally wear pants, but from the waist up he's usually seen with a deep purple silk shirt and a red overcoat, both done up with gold detailing. He wears a pair of ostentatious heeled boots, the toes upturned and designed with a gold spiral, with matching gold spiked attachments on the back of both heels. Unlike most mobians, he only ever wears a single thick leather glove on his left hand. As a human: He uses this design by secondary-colorentimy.
AURAL: His voice is actually quite pleasant, a refined, lilting tenor with a hint of a "posh" accent. Voiceclaim WolfBlade93 of Adrenaline Dubs. You can also generally hear his heeled boots making a hollow click on hard surfaces as he walks.
OLFACTORY: Starline is very particular about his hygiene, meaning he doesn't actually smell like that much other than "clean"; his clothing freshly laundered, his boots sprayed, just the slightest hint of some sharp cologne (maybe a little more than a hint, when he's trying to be particularly overpowering or impress somebody).
DEMEANOUR: With his heavy concern over his appearance, Starline's posture is always straight and proper when he's in public, and his movements are graceful and theatrical, slow and with intent. He gives off the impression of being constantly in control of a situation--unless he's not, in which case he'll start scrambling like a cat in a porcelain bathtub, but he generally doesn't let people see that.
